Only been here 2 months but think I'm in heaven! Leasing staff are friendly, caring and do a great job. Maintenence work hard, stay late and come back when needed. Community service worker to date is helpful, knowledgeable, caring and is always here. Laundry is 24/7 clean and modern works off phone app or cash card for app unfriendly residents. Iron and board supplied. Community room with vending machines shuffleboard and othersupplies for entertainment. Library with computer and wifi, dining room, exercise room and extra storage for each apartment. Very clean, smell lovely, comfortable furniture on all floors for socializing. Only 1 pet limit and no visiting pets but support service dogs visit monthly and residents are generous with sharing of personal pets. Weekly activities, informational meetings, daily lunches in dining room or served in apartments. Modern clean exercise room, clean hallways and every area in building. Shopping carts provided 2 sizes and plenty to transport things to and from outside and apartments. And I pay $40 less than last income based apartment.Not to mention close shopping,food,veterinarian, tbk bank, main bus hub, Starbucks, Walgreens and so much more. Only negatives so far-could use another matenence worker, a couple grouchy residence and leasing staff needs to be more knowledgeable about how to use modern laundromat. Apartments are spacious with big closets, shower/bath, storage closet, balcony, modern appliances including microwave,ac,extra storage downstairs, large rooms,clean, well kept, Orkin #1 exterminator andleCABLE INCLUDED!!! Think I died and am living in heaven! Wish I'd have become a senior 5 yrs ago. See pictures.

Westwood Terrace is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. The first time I walked into my apartment and looked out the window it was like I was living in a park. Libi in the office is a jewel - she is a great person to deal with for any situation. Michelle is a font of information about DHS, Social Security, and lots of other dealings. Derek, the maintenance man, does a fantastic job - work is usually done either the same day or the next. Denise, the maintenance lady is great. She is very helpful and does a wonderful job. Kudos to everyone at Westwood Terrace Apartments. We would still be happily living there if we hadn't moved out of state to Nebraska.

Office manager is very nice often busy very proactive. We had Dogs come that SNIFF out bedbugs! Service coordinator has all the info you need extremely helpful and kind Maitnence is friendly and quick to repair

This is a great place to live There has been No Lice here for the 3 years I've lived here. One event with bedbugs WHICH HAPPENED LAST YEAR at the height of outbreaks all kinds of apt. Complexes infected OUR MANAGER WAS SWIFT WITH TREATMENT ! My neighbor had some I never got any ! Mice they give you means to eliminate. Derrick is our matinence man he is quick and efficient and fixes things appropriately no short cuts for him. DENISE IS our matinence lady and she keeps it clean around here and will give u advice on how to clean in your apartment easier and what cheap chemical or product to use Michelle our resident coordinator she will help with any thing dhs and other agency's to help you I've gotten a wheelchair free diaper program free nutrional drinks (boost) etc. Libby is the office manager and she's good at it also always willing to help SO STOP JUMPING FROM BULIDING TO BUILDING AND JOIN US .
